Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will be a vital member of the Sales Analytics Team. You will be responsible for data ingestion, validation, and maintaining the integrity of customer data. Your role is critical for powering the data models used by internal operations teams. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Analytics and collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to construct key customer data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reconciliation

  • Conduct proactive analyses on key customer data elements to identify and resolve gaps in data integrity.
  • Combine and analyze various data sources (such as contracts versus CRM data) to identify correct values and synchronize source systems.

2. Data Cleaning and Collection

  • Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Build reporting and automation tools to verify continued data integrity and proactively action data issues.

3. Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on customer data to ensure absolute consistency.
  • Work alongside Sales and CRM teams to address data-related issues and implement long-term solutions.

Data QA Lead, Sales Analytics

Position Overview:

As a Data QA Lead, you will be a cornerstone of the Sales Analytics Team. You will take ownership of data ingestion, validation, and the long-term maintenance of data integrity, with a specific focus on customer data. Your leadership will be critical in ensuring the accuracy of data models deployed to internal operations teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales Analytics, you will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to build and secure robust customer data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection and Processing

  • Collaborate with business owners to define precise data requirements.
  • Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure maximum reliability.
  • Develop and maintain automated processes for seamless data collection and integration.

2. Quality Assurance & Governance

  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on customer data to ensure absolute consistency.
  • Partner with Sales and CRM teams to identify, address, and resolve data-related issues.
  • Work closely with the Data Governance team to monitor and proactively improve data quality standards.

3. Data Infrastructure

  • Assist in the design, maintenance, and optimization of data warehouse architecture to ensure customer data is scalable, secure, and performant.
  • Oversee data ingestion and transformation, ensuring information from multiple source systems is accurately integrated and standardized.

4. Data Leadership

  • Lead and mentor other data analysts, translating high-level objectives into actionable plans for the team.
  • Own and evolve the overall data strategy and vision, driving a culture of data excellence across the organization.
