About the Role

Are you detail-oriented and organized? We’re looking for a Collections / Billing Specialist to join our team in BGC, Taguig City. In this role, you’ll help onboard customers, manage billing accounts, and ensure timely collections by following a clear outreach process. You’ll work closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams, supporting our global operations in a follow-the-sun model.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard customers by reviewing documents, entering accurate data, and setting up billing accounts.
  • Reach out proactively and reactively to collect past-due payments, following escalation steps to keep customer relationships positive.
  • Use Salesforce (SFDC), Ariba, and vendor portals to track payments, resolve discrepancies, and keep records updated.
  • Work with finance, sales, and customer service teams to quickly resolve billing disputes.
  • Keep billing records accurate and organized to support audits and compliance.
  • Spot inefficiencies in billing and collections processes and suggest improvements.

Renewals Specialist

Scope:

The Tech Touch team manages high-volume renewals valued at $3K and below, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and customer-focused process.

Purpose of Role:

The Renewal Specialist manages a high volume of low-value renewals (<$3K) from initial outreach through booking, ensuring a smooth customer experience and accurate contract execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewal Execution
    • Manage assigned renewal portfolio from outreach to close, following standard processes.
    • Prepare and send quotes, track responses, and process signed agreements.
    • Update Salesforce and Planhat with accurate renewal notes, dates, and statuses.
  • Customer Communication
    • Proactively reach out to customers to confirm their intent to renew.
    • Answer basic product, contract, and billing questions; route more complex issues to the right team.
    • Use approved templates and tone guidelines for consistency.
  • Pipeline Management
    • Keep all opportunities up to date with correct close dates, statuses, and next steps.
    • Flag at-risk renewals to the Team Lead and assist in SAVE play execution.
  • Process Compliance
    • Follow the approved workflow, quote checklist, and data entry requirements.
    • Ensure renewals are booked on time and in accordance with SLAs.
  • Collaboration
    • Partner with CS, Sales, and Finance on escalations and billing changes.
    • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues or process gaps.

Success Metrics:

  • Personal renewal rate for <$3K contracts.
  • SLA adherence for outreach and booking.
  • Portfolio accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Number of renewals processed per month.
